Working in collaboration with the Fire Service, building owners, developers, and managing agents, we pride ourselves on delivering rapid response services that ensure the safety of residents and properties. Our team is trained to assess fire risks in real-time, implement preventive measures, and provide a visible, reassuring presence on site. With a focus on communication, compliance, and constant vigilance, we ensure peace of mind for all stakeholders.

Service Overview

An overview of some of the responsibilities delivered as part of our Waking Watch service:

Conducting mobile patrols at regular intervals using our NFC tag points where relevant, looking for any potential signs of fire or fire hazards.
Ensuring all fire escape routes are accessible and free of any hazards.
Conducting risk assessments to ensure all possible preventative measures are in place.
Alerting all residents in the event of a fire and evacuating the building in accordance to the buildings fire evacuation plan.
Alerting the emergency services when appropriate and liaising with them once they arrive.
Collaborating with the emergency services for evacuation drills, using fire mats and evacuation chairs where appropriate.

Compliance

Our experienced Compliance Director is responsible for ensuring our team conduct all relevant checks and standards, with a zero-tolerance policy on non-conformance.
All our operatives are competency and compliance verified through a multistep procedure which includes the appropriate document checks to verify eligibility rights to undertake the works required.
Whether it be Right to Work, DBS, Counter Terrorism Checks, HSQE compliance or SIA Accreditation, we take a rigorous approach, with all our records being kept in compliance with GDPR guidelines.

Health & Safety

We have achieved ISO 45001, and are also accredited to ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and Achilles Ethical Employment standards, which demonstrates how serious we are about the topic.
Our internal Health & Safety team provide on-going training to all our staff to ensure they are kept up to dates with best practices and any legislative changes.
