We follow the British Standards BS7858 - 2019 and all our Security Officers are comprehensively interviewed, security screened and vetted (right to work eligibility), SIA Licence checked, CITB checked, TrustID checked and ECS checked where necessary.
All Security Officers are fully briefed before work commences. All Security Officers have a CSCS qualification. We provide site-specific RAMS, Assignment Instructions, and Risk Assessments which are produced, approved, assessed, and reviewed. All Security Guards are provided with the necessary PPE with project and client branding if required. Regular safety site visits are conducted by the Operations team, HSQE team and Directors.
Our processes and procedures are Security Industry Authority (SIA) led. The SIA is the regulator of the UK’s private security industry. The Security Industry Authority (SIA) is a public body sponsored by the Home Office.
