A big well done to our friends at Taylor Wimpey for completing their mammoth 283 mile bike ride for Help for Heroes- a charity aimed at improving facilities available for servicemen and women who have been wounded or injured in the line of duty- and Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital, the country’s leading paediatric centre with over 255,000 patient visits each year.
Over four days from 20th-23rd May the team of eight finely tuned athletes visited 18 of their sites and in the process raised an amazing £7,130 for Help for Heroes and an impressive £2,500 for Great Ormond Street, though these totals continue to climb. We’ve had a lot of fun looking at the photos; the guys seem to have enjoyed themselves for the most part (well done for braving the changing conditions of British “spring” time) and looked the part in their Taylor Wimpey/O'Neill & Brennan co-branded tops.
It’s not too late to sponsor this great cause, any amount big or small is still very much welcome. You can donate to either charity by clicking below.
Everyone involved should be very proud of themselves, a big congratulations again from all of us here at O’Neill & Brennan.
