Our Constructing Futures initiative is growing from strength to strength and we're thrilled to announce that one of our ROTL operatives has secured a fantastic job with Phaze Electrical on the Willmott Dixon's Homewood Grove project in Chersey!

Constructing Futures provides valuable work placements for offenders, offering training and qualifications to prepare them for future employment. Through these placements on construction sites, we actively support their reintegration into society.

Working closely with offenders in their last 24/36 months, particularly those in CAT D (open prisons) known as "model prisoners," we equip them with essential skills and experience for a brighter future.

Together, we empower individuals, rebuild lives, and create opportunities through education, training, and meaningful work experiences. We're fostering a more inclusive and resilient society.

A big well done to Sasha Simmonds, Josie Dowling, and our Fareham office for their dedication in helping this operative secure the job with Phaze Electrical!
