Our Social Value Executive, Rachel O'Neill, recently joined Abbie Bartholomew from St George PLC, at South Thames College to support students with mock interviews.
As part of our work on the Wandsworth Mills logistics project, we’re proud to be working together to support local talent and create opportunities within the community.
The aim was to equip students with the skills, insight and confidence needed for their next steps. It was a fantastic turnout, with over 190 learners taking part in 1:1 interviews with real employers.
Throughout the day, we saw many students grow in confidence and motivation; arriving understandably nervous, but leaving more assured and reflective after receiving constructive feedback.
We’re grateful to have been part of such a successful event and look forward to collaborating again in the future.
