On Thursday 13th March, our Account Manager, Rhys Tovey, spent some time at the DWP and HM Prison and Probation Service Jobs Fair in Cardiff.
Rhys spent the morning chatting with some ex-offenders, and explored ways we can help them back into employment.
O’Neill & Brennan UK have our own Social Value initiative, Constructing Futures, ROTL - The Untapped Workforce. We work in partnership with the New Futures Network to provide work placements for offenders serving in Category D facilities in the last 36 months of their prison sentence.
