On Thursday 17th October, our Account Manager, Paulina Szczygielska, attended HMP Berwyn's Construction Employment event.
Paulina represented O’Neill & Brennan UK, who were one of the 8 companies in attendance, and she spent the day interviewing inmates scheduled for release within the next three months.
Through the network of employers, they were able to offer opportunities nationwide for the 22 individuals in attendance, both Welsh and English.

We are committed to our Constructing Futures initiative, which provides work placements for offenders serving in Category D facilities in the last 36 months of their prison sentence.
Our goal is to work with individuals as early as possible, helping them secure training and qualifications to get them ready for work. We help them secure a work placement on construction sites with like-minded contractors, which in turn helps support the operative to reintegrate back into society.
