Last month, our Area Director, Gary Kelly, represented O’Neill & Brennan UK at a Centrepoint event, engaging with young people and sharing insights into potential career opportunities to help inspire them as they prepare for the world of work.
At the beginning of March, our Social Value Executive, Rachel O'Neill, also attended Centrepoint’s JETT to Success event, where she spoke with many young people about careers in the construction industry and the range of roles available.
Social Value is very important to us. We focus on supporting individuals from more diverse talent pools and offer them the support they need to excel within our industry.
