We are delighted to announce that the O’Neill & Brennan Ireland business has retained its ISO accreditation for ISO 9001:2015.
ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard that defines the requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS). A Quality Management System enables organisations to manage their processes and systems in order that customer and other stakeholder requirements can be achieved. At its core is the principle of continuous improvement.
Our Irish offices have achieved this accreditation by demonstrating the ability to consistently provide a service that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. It was also achieved by enhancing customer satisfaction through effectively applying the system, including processes for improvement and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
