New Futures Network held their first Employment Advisory Board Annual Conference which was kindly hosted by KPMG.
The event was attended by our Head of Social Value, Sasha Simmonds, who enjoyed learning about the work that goes into the Employment Advisory Boards.
Senior Business Leaders and Prison Governors came together to celebrate the success of the EABs, share ideas, and provide solutions to critical issues identified through the boards.
Sasha had this to say; “Listening to all the good practice that is in place across the EABs gave me some food for thought. Additionally, I could reflect on the amazing work demonstrated by the incredible team at HMP Dovegate in such a short time. I am fortunate to have a cracking team to work with, and I want to thank Emma Taylor and Andy Johnson. Being in a room with like-minded people with a shared goal was a great feeling.”
