Yesterday O’Neill & Brennan's Head of Social Value Sasha Simmonds and Matt Reynolds from Combat2coffee were welcomed back to the Morgan Sindall CCOS Redevelopment in St Albans.
Coffee and doughnuts were given out and Matt Reynolds hosted a mental health chat to touch on what stress can do to your mental health.
It is so important to raise mental health awareness in the Construction industry due to the high rates of issues in the industry.
