O’Neill & Brennan achieve 100% in REC Compliance Test
O’Neill & Brennan have passed the Recruitment & Employment Confederation’s compliance test, meaning we reach standards of professionalism and ethical practice set out in the REC code of conduct. The test must be taken by all REC members once every two years to ensure that standards are maintained. The minimum score to pass is 80% but O'Neill & Brennan achieved a flawless 100%, which is indicative of the expectations we place on ourselves here.
