A huge well done to Sandro Monteiro who was awarded Operative of the Month for January. Sandro is a Traffic Marshall who works on the Morgan Sindall New Britannia Hackney site and has excelled on the project since joining last year. He has completed TFL Elite Traffic Marshall Training which has proven very effective. Well done Sandro!
