After three successive years of growth, infrastructure starts were down in 2015. Now though, many analysts forecast a bounce back in the sector this year with double-digit growth in starts already materialising. In recent years, rail related projects have made up the bulk of government investments but spending on the road network is now increasing, with a number of new term maintenance agreements let.
