A few months ago, Willmott Dixon, reached out to their supply chain to find six volunteer companies to support Nell, a Design, Planning, and Surveying student at NCSG College, as part of her six-month T-Level placement. Each commitment involved one day per week over a four-week block, giving Nell the chance to gain hands-on experience by shadowing SCP supervisors.

O’Neill & Brennan UK were proud to be among the first to volunteer. Thanks to Jessica Greig from Willmott Dixon, Nell spent her first block month with us, following a carefully planned program that allowed her to rotate between different roles and individuals. This gave her broad exposure to various areas of the construction industry and valuable practical experience.
