Investing in the Next Generation: Mikiele's Work Experience

YMCA North Staffordshire approached Willmott Dixon, who they work closely with, to see whether one of the young men they are supporting, Mikiele, could do some work experience on their Student Village project.

O’Neill & Brennan UK are taking care of the logistics on site, and our Logistics Manager, Jon Malone, kindly enabled work experience for Mikiele, who has now completed a full week!

Mikiele recently gained his CSCS labouring card, and wanted to update his CV and gather positive references from his placement. He had previous experience from work that he did in his home country, but wanted to develop more skills to help him secure a job in the future.
