Our White-Collar Team from across the UK recently came together for a fantastic day of reflection, collaboration, and forward thinking. We not only celebrated an exceptional year and quarter (our strongest post-Covid performance) 🥳 but also focused on how we can continue elevating our service in today’s challenging market.
One of the key themes of the day, which was led by our Director, Robert Fry, was the power of repeatable, successful processes. It may sound mundane, but it’s this discipline that puts us in the best position to deliver consistently exceptional service. As the saying goes, “consistency is what transforms average into excellence."
In the six months since Rob joined the company, he's made significant strides. These include; smarter use of technology and strengthened client development, to improved staff engagement, clearer career progression, and the rollout of a new training platform.
His mission is to build the best possible environment for our people, so they can truly excel.
The fact that over half the division are on track for their best-ever yearly result in 2025 suggests we're moving in the right direction.
