Maurice Lindsay joined our team on 2nd January after completing a 6-week training programme as part of the first cohort through Shrewsbury local authorities, DWP and Enable Restart, with training provided by SBC Training.

After spending just two weeks on site with us during their workplace experience, we were thrilled to offer Maurice a full-time role.
This is exactly the kind of impact we aim for - supporting local talent, providing real career pathways, and giving people the chance to grow within the constru tion industry.
