Constructing Futures: Turning Skills into Sustainable Careers

Our Social Value Executive, Rachel O'Neill, recently visited HMP Brixton alongside Morgan Sindall Group plc and Bounce Back Project to discuss our collective efforts to support indviduals into employment across London and the wider UK through our Constructing Futures programme.

During the visit, she delivered a session for individuals nearing release, exploring the wide range of opportunities available within the construction industry. This included both blue-collar and white-collar roles, as well as insight into how O’Neill & Brennan UK supports people into sustainable, long-term employment through our Constructing Futures programme.
 
It was a valuable opportunity to speak directly with those taking part, learn more about their skills and career interests, and demonstrate how construction can offer a genuine pathway to stable, rewarding careers.
