One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is seeing the difference that the right support, guidance and opportunity can make to someone's life.
Through our partnership with Solihull Council's Employment & Skills Team and the Connect to Work programme, we recently had the pleasure of helping Ryan take his first steps into the construction industry.
