Traffic Marshall (BPSS/EL1 clearance required) - GL12

O'Neill & Brennan is currently recruiting for a reliable and qualified Traffic Marshall to join an active construction site GL12 (between Thornbury and Wooton-under-Edge). This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading construction company, where your safety skills will make a real difference. 1 YEAR MINIMUM

Responsibilities

• Safely direct vehicles and plant equipment around site

• Maintain clear and safe walkways for pedestrians

• Liaise with drivers and site operatives to manage traffic flow

• Enforce health & safety procedures and report incidents

️ Requirements

• NPORS/CPCS Traffic Marshall/Banksman Certification

• BPSS and/or EL1 clearance

• Own PPE (hi-vis, boots, gloves, hard hat)

• Previous site experience

• Good communication and observation skills

Location

• Eastwood Park, GL12 (between Thornbury and Wooton-under-Edge)

⏰ Hours & Start Date

• Monday–Friday | 07:00–18:00

• Immediate start available

• Long-term (1 Year Minimum)

Rate of Pay

• Competitive and dependent on experience
