️ Site Manager – Permanent Position
Location: Ecclesfield, Sheffield
Contract: Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in roofing and knowledge of solar PV installations to join a growing business on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage roofing projects.

Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel.

Ensure high standards of health & safety, quality and compliance.

Monitor project progress, deadlines and workmanship.

Work with teams delivering roofing and solar installation projects.
Requirements:
-
Proven experience in a Site Manager role within roofing.

Good knowledge and understanding of solar PV installations.
-
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Good understanding of site health & safety and compliance.
-
Ability to manage teams and ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
