About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver high-end retail projects across the UK. This is a permanent, nationwide role suited to a driven professional who is comfortable working on prestigious schemes and travelling regularly to site locations.
You will be responsible for the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of retail projects, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and the wider project team to maintain our client's high standards.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within high-end retail construction
- Strong understanding of quality finishes and client-facing environments
- Willing and able to travel nationwide and work away from home when required
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong commitment to health and safety best practice
- Relevant construction qualifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
