Company Overview:

O’Neill & Brennen are hiring a Site Manager on behalf of our client for a new build residential project in Limerick. The successful candidate will join the team on a permanent basis and will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

Job Summary:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Checking plans, drawings and supervision of subcontractors across the project.
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme.
• Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience working as a Site Manager for a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Strong experience working on new build residential projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of current building regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and quality requirements.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, site teams and multiple priorities effectively.
