D.O.E - €75k – €85k

Overview:

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Civils Site Manager for our client. The Site Manager will join their team on a residential project based in Dundrum, South Dublin. The successful candidate will work with the team managing the heavy civils and groundworks package on a large-scale residential development.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of the construction on site.
• Ability to oversee all external finishing works & drainage to the highest of quality.
• Maintaining site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities.
• Attending weekly management team meeting for the construction team.
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site.
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.
• Great attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Ideally up to 10+ years’ industry experience.
• Strong background in heavy civils and groundworks.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Experience on residential or mixed-use developments preferred.
• Strong focus on health & safety, quality, and programme delivery.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
