Overview:

Our client, a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across Ireland, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their Dublin-based team to lead residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of the construction on site.
• Lead daily site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Attend and coordinate weekly site meetings with clients, engineers and design teams.
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site.
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.
• Oversee quality control and maintain company standards on site.

Requirements:

• 3+ years exerience working as a site manager, ideally with a main contractor.
• Must have residential construction experience.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.
• Must have the ability to manage the multi-disciplinary teams of contactors & site operatives.
