I'm working with a leading UK housebuilder seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a traditional residential development in Warwickshire.
This role is suited to a driven site leader with strong housebuilding experience as a Senior Site Manager, capable of driving programme, maintaining exceptional build quality, and leading with health & safety at the forefront.
Requirements:
- Strong housebuilding experience as a Senior Site Manager.
- Proven track record delivering traditional build residential developments.
- Excellent programming and planning skills.
- Driven, proactive leader who gets the best from site teams.
- Quality and health & safety focused.
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid.
