O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Site Manager to oversee a live housing development in Torquay.
This opportunity requires a capable and confident No.1 Site Manager who can take ownership of an active residential scheme consisting of 30+ units in build sequence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record delivering quality housing developments and be equally comfortable managing both Timber Frame and Traditional Build construction methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of a live residential development.
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors across multiple plots.
- Driving programme and ensuring build targets are achieved.
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
- Managing site logistics, inspections and compliance requirements.
- Liaising with senior management and reporting on progress.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience operating as a No.1 Site Manager on residential housing developments.
- Strong knowledge of both Timber Frame and Traditional Build construction.
- Experience managing developments with 30+ plots in active build sequence.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid CSCS Card
- Valid First Aid at Work
Package:
- £300 per day
- Minimum 6-week contract
