Night Shift Manager – Limerick

DOE: €30 – €40 per hour

Overview:

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting an experienced Night Shift Manager for a site-based position in Limerick. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities during the night shift, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently. Previous experience working night shifts would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee operations throughout the night shift.
• Coordinate staff, trades and subcontractors as required.
• Ensure all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed within the required timeframe.
• Address any issues that arise during the night shift and escalate where necessary.
• Complete shift handovers and communicate updates to the relevant management team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a construction management or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations and health & safety procedures.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate staff, trades and subcontractors effectively.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Previous night shift experience is desirable but not essential.
