DOE: €55k – €65k

Company Overview:

A civil contractor who has numerous projects across Ireland is seeking a Site Engineer to support their team on a setting out project in Clare.

Job Summary:

• Carry out accurate setting out and surveying on site.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and permits.
• Provide progress updates to management and clients.
• Order materials and coordinate site activities.
• Review drawings and calculations for accuracy.
• Supervise setting out, levelling, and surveying works.
• Use AutoCAD to check site dimensions and drawings.
• Liaise with subcontractors and site management teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3 + years’ experience setting out on construction sites.
• Experience working on high value projects in Ireland or the Uk.
• Experienced in the use of instruments (total station, GPS)
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
