DOE: €70k – €85k

Overview:

O’Neill & Brennen are hiring on behalf of our client a well-established construction contractor, for an experienced Building Services Engineer to join their Dublin team The successful candidate will support the coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical services across construction projects, working closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate mechanical and electrical services installations on site.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
• Monitor the progress, quality and compliance of M&E works.
• Assist with testing, commissioning and handover documentation.
• Support project delivery from design stage through to completion.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in a Building Services Engineering role.
• Experience coordinating M&E services on residential or commercial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with subcontractors and site teams.
