O’Neill & Brennen are hiring an experienced setting out engineer on behalf of our client for a construction project in Kerry. The successful candidate will join the site team on a permanent basis

What you will do:

• Setting out for reinforced concrete frame structures.
• Carrying out surveys and checking line and level.
• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Producing and maintaining accurate site records.
• Liaising with site managers, subcontractors, and design teams.
• Quality assurance checks and as-built surveys.
• Supporting site operations to maintain programme targets.

What you need:

• Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer on RC Frame projects.
• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete construction methods.
• Competent using robotic total stations and surveying equipment
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Full Drivers Licence
