Senior Quantity Surveyor – New Build Residential – London
Salary/Package: £400 – £500 per day Outside IR35 | Long-Term Contract
O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a well-established client who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for new-build residential projects across London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established business and take ownership of projects valued up to £25m, managing the full commercial lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion.
The successful candidate must come from a main contracting or residential developer background and have a proven track record of independently running projects, taking responsibility for procurement, cost control, commercial reporting, subcontractor management and final accounts.
The client is looking for a self-starter who can operate autonomously, commercially lead projects and work effectively with project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Candidates must have held a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Managing Surveyor, Commercial Manager or similar position in their most recent role.
The position is suited to an experienced freelance Quantity Surveyor who is readily available to start and based within the London area, ideally North London.
