O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a leading main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major project.

Candidates from a range of construction backgrounds will be considered, provided they have strong main contracting commercial experience and have previously operated as the lead commercial representative on a project.

Due to the location of the project, candidates with an Irish or European passport would be preferred. However, sponsorship can be considered for the right candidate.

The package on offer is highly competitive and can include company car, accommodation and a discretionary bonus, alongside a remuneration package of up to £125,000, depending on experience and suitability.
