Senior Quantity Surveyor
General Contractor
Dublin, open to candidates looking to relocate.
Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 + Package
A well-established main contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience of working on commercial / residential or industrial projects. It would also be advantageous if the individual could demonstrate previous experience of managing multiple smaller projects (Typically around £1m – £8m)
The ideal candidate would also be someone who has experience of working on PCSA’s and doing 2-stage procurement
The client is a leading Irish contractor with offices in Dublin and Cork, operating nationwide across several sites in Ireland. The business was established in 1950 and is recognised as one of Irelands prominent construction companies. They pride themselves on a strong focus on quality, long term relationships, customer service and Health & safety.
This role comes with a further opportunity to work on projects across Europe.
