O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a major Tier 1 main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their established London commercial team, based from their modern Central London office within walking distance of Bank Station.
With an annual turnover of circa £1bn and a strong track record of sustained profitability, this contractor has built an outstanding reputation for delivering some of London's most prestigious and technically challenging projects across the commercial, healthcare and leisure sectors.
They are open-minded regarding your previous project experience, although exposure to commercial, healthcare or leisure schemes would be advantageous. Experience supporting projects through the pre-construction phase would also be beneficial, although this is by no means essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a financially secure, market-leading contractor that is committed to investing in its people, offering genuine long-term career progression and the opportunity to work on landmark projects across London.
