Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 + package (dependent on experience)
A leading main contractor is seeking an Intermediate / Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a £80m commercial development in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, gain greater responsibility, and work on a complex project in a prime London location.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial or mixed-use schemes and a solid understanding of procurement, package management, and cost control. You'll be working closely with a Senior QS and commercial lead, with the opportunity to progress into a project-running role.

Responsibilities
- Manage procurement and subcontractor packages
- Handle valuations, variations, and progress payments
- Support project reporting and cost forecasting
- Attend site and progress meetings with the wider team
- Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project
Requirements
- Experience within the commercial fit-out, refurb or new build preferred
- Strong understanding of JCT contracts and the full project life-cycle
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Keen to progress into a lead or project-running role
