We are working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who are looking to strengthen their regional Bristol commercial team with the appointment of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
This is an excellent opportunity for either a Graduate Quantity Surveyor looking to begin their career with a major contractor, or somebody already part-way through their Quantity Surveying degree who has gained some practical industry experience alongside their studies.
The contractor currently has two live schemes in the Bristol region, alongside a strong secured pipeline of future work through to 2028, offering excellent long-term prospects and the opportunity to develop within an established regional team.
Working alongside experienced commercial professionals, you will gain exposure across the full commercial lifecycle of major construction projects, developing your experience in areas including:

Some previous experience within a construction or commercial environment would be advantageous, particularly with a main contractor, although applications from strong graduates with relevant academic experience will also be considered.
The successful candidate will be ambitious, commercially minded and looking to build a long-term career within a Tier 1 contracting environment.
The salary is negotiable depending on experience and current level of study, alongside a competitive wider package.
