This provides excellent continuity of work, long-term career prospects and the opportunity to remain working locally. The business unit is also recognised for its excellent staff retention, offering a stable and supportive working environment.

  • Projects: Major commercial refurbishment and structural alterations

  • Location: West End, Central London

  • Project Value: £150m–£200m

  • Salary: £60,000–£65,000 + Package

  • Work closely with the Project Manager and wider site team to identify commercial risks and maximise project value.

  • Assist with monthly cost reporting, CVRs and financial forecasting.

  • Ensure contractual obligations and commercial procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment.
