Project Manager - Fit Out & Refurbishment
Location: UK-wide travel required
We're recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of commercial fit-out, refurbishment and minor works projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality projects across sectors including commercial, retail and public sector.
The Role
- Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Monitor programmes, budgets and project performance.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee health & safety, quality and compliance throughout each project.
About You
- Previous experience managing commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects.
- Background working for a main contractor.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project delivery.
- SMSTS and CSCS card essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
