DOE: €80k – €95k

Overview:

Our client, a main contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of construction projects across County Limerick. Candidates with strong civils and structural experience will be particularly well suited to this position.

Job Summary:

• Manage projects through all stages including planning, procurement, design coordination, construction, commissioning, and final handover.
• Oversee the successful delivery of civils, structural, new build, and fit-out projects.
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and design teams to clarify project requirements and maintain strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, company procedures, and quality standards across all project activities.
• Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain programme targets and high construction quality standards.
• Prepare monthly reports for Project Review meetings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management.
• 5+ years’ experience with a main contractor is desired.
• Excellent knowledge of the latest building regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail & keen eye for detail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
