Overview:

A well-established construction contractor is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team in Kerry.

Responsibilties:

• Support the Project Manager and Site Managers in overseeing the successful completion of construction project.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with company objective.
• Assist in implementing the Company’s Cost & Value Management procedures and support in the preparation of commercial reports
• Facilitate coordination between teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports and updates for review by Senior Management.

Requirements:

• 3rd Level Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 year experience in construction, preferably with a M&E or main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Proven ability to contribute effectively to multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
