Overview:

O’Neill & Brennan are looking to recruit a Area Construction Manager for the Germany & Central Europe region. The role is responsible for managing construction projects delivery across the region, ensuring safe, efficient and consistent execution of projects while supporting business growth, operational excellence and client relationship development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic construction leadership, governance and oversight across multiple concurrent projects throughout the Germany & Central Europe region.
• Manage and coordinate projects from completion of prefabrication through to completion of installation.

• Develop understanding of forthcoming projects, associated contracts and relevant clients.

• Engage with clients in advance of installations to understand requirements to operate on site and confirm logistical arrangements.

• Confirm installation programmes with clients and actively monitor throughout Installations.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or prefabrication environments or Structural Steel.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
