HSEQ Advisor – Clondalkin
DOE: €60k – €65K
Company Overview:
A contractor with projects across Ireland is seeking an HSEQ Advisor to support civils and telecoms projects in Clondalkin, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management systems.
Job Summary:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the HSEQT management system in line with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and customer HSEQT requirements across all worksites and operations.
- Monitor, audit, and report HSEQT performance, including inspections, external audits, incident investigations, and KPI tracking.
- Provide guidance and assurance on HSEQT matters, supporting management and operational teams in meeting obligations and best practice.
- Manage risk and operational controls, including RAMS, construction plans, emergency response plans, subcontractor work, and working hours compliance.
- Drive continual improvement and HSEQT culture, delivering training, promoting awareness, and implementing initiatives to enhance performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Level 7 Degree qualified or the equivalent.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or the equivalent.
- Extensive experience within a civil engineering or telecommunications environment.
- Strong PSDP experience.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages.
- CSCS Card.
- A passion for Health, Safety, Environment & Quality.
- Full, clean Irish Drivers Licence (manual)
