Job Opening: Gateman/Traffic Marshal – Sherford, Plymouth

We are currently looking to speak with expeirenced Gateman/Traffic Marshall for upcoming work on a busy construction project near Sherford, Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious operative to join a professional site team with an immediate start available.

Responsibilities

• Safely control vehicle and plant movements around site

• Direct deliveries and manage site access

• Maintain safe pedestrian walkways

• Communicate effectively with drivers, plant operators, and site personnel

• Ensure all traffic management procedures are followed

• Report hazards, near misses, and incidents in line with site health & safety requirements

️ Requirements

• Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman ticket

• CSCS card (preferred)

• Previous construction site experience

• Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots, gloves)

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong awareness of site safety and traffic management procedures

10 hours paid

Pay

Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience
