Property Maintenance Technician

Package: €50k - €55k + Vehicle

Location: Dublin & Surrounding Areas (Site-Based)

Role:

The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out day-to-day maintenance and repair works across properties in Dublin. This hands-on role ensures that all properties are maintained to a high standard, supporting tenant satisfaction, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across residential and/or commercial properties.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Diagnose faults and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Liaise with the Maintenance Coordinator regarding job progress, materials required, and any escalations.
• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of works completed, including job reports, materials used, and time spent.
• Support refurbishment and minor project works as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a property maintenance or similar hands-on role.
• Strong practical skills across multiple trades (carpentry background preferred).
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, varied role.
• Experience working in residential and/or commercial property environments preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with Irish health & safety standards advantageous.
• Full, clean driving licence required.
