DOE: €65k – €75k

Overview:

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced foreman on behalf of our client, a main contractor with a range of ongoing construction projects across Ireland. The successful candidate will join their team on a project in South Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day site operations and supervise all trades on site
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with drawings and specifications
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour
• Monitor progress, identify issues early, and report to the Site Manager
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and workmanship
• Keep accurate daily records, site diaries, and progress reports
• Support the project team with planning, sequencing, and logistics

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Foreman or General Foreman role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety requirements, and site management
• Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate site team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read drawings and ensure works align with technical requirement
• Safe Pass and relevant tickets required
