D.O.E: €65k – €75k

Company Overview:

O’Neill and Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Foreman on behalf of our client, to join their team on a new build residential project based in Galway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations and supervise all trades on site
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with drawings and specifications
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour
• Monitor progress, identify issues early, and report to the Site Manager
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and workmanship
• Keep accurate daily records, site diaries, and progress reports
• Support the project team with planning, sequencing, and logistics

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Finishing Foreman or General Foreman role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety requirements, and site management
• Carpentry background beneficial but not essential.
• Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate site teams
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read drawings and ensure works align with technical requirements
• Safe Pass and relevant tickets required
