O'Neill & Brennan are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join a well-established residential developer on a new build housing development near Paignton, Devon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality homes to a high standard ahead of customer handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the finishing stages of multiple plots through to completion.
• Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring works are completed to the required standard.
• Working closely with site management teams and subcontractors to drive quality and programme.
• Producing and managing snagging lists.
• Ensuring defects are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Maintaining excellent standards of health, safety and housekeeping across site.
• Supporting customer care and handover requirements where necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Finishing Manager on new build housing developments.
• Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and residential quality requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering quality homes.
• Proactive approach with a willingness to spend time out on site engaging with subcontractors and monitoring workmanship.
• Ability to manage multiple plots at varying stages of completion.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• SMSTS or SSSTS preferred.
• First Aid qualification advantageous.

This role is offering £250 per day with a minimum 2-month contract, with the potential for extension depending on programme requirements.
