Depending on Experience: €35k- €40k

Job Overview:

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting an experienced Payroll Specialist on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will join the team in Dublin and play a key role in supporting the accurate and timely processing of payrolls.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Processing weekly and monthly payrolls for UK and ROI employees.
• Inputting, validating and reconciling payroll data accurately.
• Processing salaries, overtime, bonuses, pensions and statutory deductions.
• Ensuring payroll activities comply with UK and ROI legislation.
• Responding to payroll and benefits queries and supporting audits and reporting.
• Working closely with Payroll, HR and Finance teams to meet deadlines.

What you’ll need:

• Payroll qualification such as IPASS or CIPP.
• Experience processing UK and ROI payrolls. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines.
